Complete tear down and rebuild of 2 villas x 2500 SF ea in the breathtaking park of Conero in Italy. The main challenge was convincing a strongly conservative park administration to approve the renewable energy and sustainable technologies we proposed. On the exterior the choice of local materials and vegetation together with a strategical positioning assure low impact on the environment and landscape, inside a big central void distributes vibrating natural light throughout the villa as the irregular upper floor is studied to bring in the best exposures and views.
